Interesting - zero response from the guy who's name is on the door and curious timing of the leadership change knowing this issue loomed. Sad that several well regarded women in wealth management now are associated with this tarnished brand. Just shows not much has changed in this industry. Be better.

I know Carson folks. The environment is toxic. Burt can blame the prior culture and leadership all he wants. He has made it worse. He has enabled people who are bad leaders because they’ll do whatever he wants. And he’s two-faced. The company is saying the negative comments were two years ago and that he has changed. Lies. All lies. The only strategy is hype. Bain needs to make changes.
