The $9-trillion asset management giant is betting its Bitcoin application -- the 33rd lodged with the SEC -- will finally clear all hurdles.

I am of the opinion that Gensler has indeed painted the SEC into a corner wrt digital assets. He's putting the U.S. at a competitive disadvantage with other countries by not clarifying the rules for U.S. participants. Get the f*&$ on with it already.
