Hi
Don’t forget the small guys in M&A !
We are finding recent interest from Plc’s in private acquisitions up to £50m as a rapid means of building market penetration and acquiring good staff. It is not easy to build quoted companies organically and the acquisition route saves a lot of time.

We do this work as well. It’s a natural effect of the aging of Boomer advisors and owners. The large custodians doing this can be a bit of a “deal mill” process and, as mentioned, the smaller firms get lost in the shuffle.
