As Yale’s David Swensen observes skill is a significant determinant of results. With the exception of the tactical asset allocation observation, the exceptions being f-squared and DFA, Isbetts affords extraordinry insight.

I think leveraged ETFs make sense in a trending market. You just need to watch them every day. For a skilled pro, they’re a great tool.
